Not at all.

Rice has no nutritional value, which is primarily starch flour, white. it is like a cup of sugar in your body for what it is. As for the soy sauce, salt, and therefore, all unhealthy, and so much is not good.

Absolutely not.
To offer Just Plain white rice, and a little more healthy diet. Soy sauce has enough antioxidants in it, but it is 15 to 20 percent salt. To stay Even the low sodium "types of salt. Then there are the economic summary / artificial soy sauces that are so unpleasant, and even worse for you.

No. The only white rice is transformed into sugar in the stomach. Brown rice is much healthier, and I think it tastes better. Soy sauce is just a pile of salt, so no.

Not really, white rice is just empty carbohydrates and soy sauce is a spicy, very little nutritional value between the two, but it is healthy. Try to eat rice.

Has sodium soy sauce, but that's like 50% less sodium, as is the usual.
I think the rice, but not both provide nutrients that are not fat.
