Does tendonitis cause permanent damage? - permanent damage from tendonitis
I have twice tendinitis last year, and once before that date. My doctor seems to think it was serious. The tendon is not torn or anything, just swollen. He gave me some painkillers cons light, and I felt good after a week.
Some things you read online seems to say, that can cause real damage.
Regular weight lifting and running. As my old injuries affected? Can the same level of strength and stamina than a normal person?
Thank you for your help.

Only more time to stretch and take suppliments for the health of the tendon ... as chelates with calcium, magnesium and potassium and iron, Floradix (oxygen) in the blood. Extends over an hour or more is a good stretching from someone who has had this problem, because you want to get used to muscle stretch.
